Rules.ini is a configuration file that included unit stats starting from Red Alert. It allows easy modifications because it was not hard-coded as in Tiberian Dawn. The rules.ini file as well as many other interesting files are located inside the game MIX files. You can only access the files inside MIXs with XCC Mixer or MIX Editor. The location of Rules.ini depends on the game and/or expansion
I know there are trainers and things of the like but those aren't what I'm looking for. I've searched far and wide for many mods for Command and Conquer but I can't find any cheat mods. If you could help that'd be awesome, thanks! Preferably for Kane's Wrath but Tiberium Wars would be acceptable.

Ye the perfect maps i hate. Seems fake. Remember in firestroum skirmish thkse mutated maps. So well designed. You might get 3 blue tiberium fields but have 4 ways into your base ir you might only have 2 way in bit only a single green tiberium tree. The strats changed ebery game depending on who was where.

and building a map is going quite nicely (for a starter) however I am aiming my current project to be a red zone 3 player map. And there are some official maps where all units look gloomy in-game. 've downloaded the map called: "Tiberium Crack" which has this feature aswell.
